Had new vehicle towed in for service and was quoted repairs would take 5 hours labor...total costs around $1500. Towed to another Ford dealer and it cost me $250.00. Taking advantage of insurance claim payment is unethical. You will NOT even get my business if I need touch up paint.

I scheduled service for this morning a week ago on a recall. Supposed to have had me a loaner. I even told them I'd pay for a daily rental because I had to be at work. Called twice on Friday to confirm. Got the old I'll call you if we have a problem. On my way there this morning I called to confirm everything. No one knew anything and I was rudely told they had nothing for me and then hung up on me. Ok..I now have another dedicated purpose to tell everyone about how bad your customer service is and you are liars. I need to find a billboard for rent! I buy a new pickup every few years. You just lost a customer!

Great experience!! I had plans to shop around at several dealerships, and this was the first one I visited. I had no need to go anywhere else! This place does not have the usual feel of pushy sales people or someone just trying to sell a car. The staff is personable and treats you like a person, not just another number. I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted and got a great pay out for my trade in! I worked with Scott, Sherri, and Beth. They answered all of my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed. They were all amazing and I will absolutely do future business here. Since getting new management, this place has gotten so much better, not your typical dealership!

We were very happy with everyone here, especially Jackie who was just super. We had a bad experience with a dealership in Crystal Lake. But came here and everyone was so pleasant and friendly!!
