What Others Say

My wife and I have purchased two vehicles from Tamiami Ford through Emmanuel “Manny” Sousa, and both experiences were excellent. Manny helped us find exactly what we wanted and delivered our vehicles on time and in perfect condition. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from him again, and I wholeheartedly recommend Manny and Tamiami Ford to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

My wife and I were looking for a specific car. We found one at Tamiami ford. Tino, our sales person, went above and beyond to help us by the car. Our next car will also be from Tino.

Oil consumption problem, 2020 F150 coyote can’t say enough for Matt and Austin replaced engine walked in and told them I had a problem they told me they would fix it that they did. All under warranty.

Great service, and I have used it a lot. Mike Castle is a good salesman that is not pushy.

Jim was very informative. Helped in understanding all functions of suv. Helpful patient and all around excellence.

Since I became a new Ford Customer at the beginning of 2024, after acquiring my 2024 Ford Maverick, my local Ford dealer in Miami has always been my Service destination. Since my Maverick's acquisition it's been suffering from battery/electrical hiccups (In 18 months I've gone through "3" 12 volt Batteries). Unfortunately, this latest one was hitting me on vacation on the Gulf Coast this weekend (6/28/25). Luckily I discovered I had a Ford Service Center not too far away, Tamiami Ford. I made it to the Dealer on Monday, arrived extra early before they opened, even before sunrise. I was prepared to spend hours, if not the whole day at the Service Dept, as I sometimes have had to do back home. Unbeknownst to me, I would realize and have a, "I don't think I'm in Kansas anymore" moment at Tamiami Ford. First, upon Service's opening (7:30am), I was greeted by Austin Brake. I was immediately seen, acknowledged and greeted. Upon explaining my ongoing battery problem with my vehicle and now while on vacation away from home. It was nice to know you are being heard and listened to. Austin let me know that I would need to leave the vehicle and he clearly explained why. He also let me know, they would arrange to get me back to my vacation home so I do not have to wait and they would deliver my vehicle to me once completed, and if it is necessary to keep the vehicle longer he would notify me by a specific time during the day. I thought I was having an out of body experience. I had not previously felt, as a customer, so well taken care of and valued. Like I stated, I was expecting to be sitting hours in the Service Dept, or all day really. Yet, from the time I entered through the Service doors, was greeted and spoke with Austin, to being taken to my vacation home, it was 45 minutes of my vacation time. To make my experience even more unbelievably jaw dropping, I received a call from Austin at 1:30pm, letting me know my vehicle was ready and assured me It was good and he was awaiting for it to be picked up and brought to me. I was truly beside myself. Although I felt I received good Service at my Dealership in Miami, this experience was something all together different, unexpected, and extremely special... but it did not end there. When my vehicle arrived, brought to me by Desiree, I took a look at the paperwork. The documentation was impressive. The battery indeed had to be replaced again (4th time) after all the checks and diagnostics were made... and then, on the worksheet were noted checks and rechecks, followed by software updates, more followup checks, and more software updates. I had NEVER, in all my trips/visits prior to my Service Dept seen such meticulous checks made to my vehicle, nor that many updates to multiple systems. Battery draws were discovered or how they referred to, as "parasitic draws".😱 Tamiami Ford, took no shortcuts. Tamiami Ford spared no expense for this customer. Tamiami Ford's Service Department has some amazing indivuals providing exceptional service to their customers, from their Service Adviser Austin, to the nameless Tech #0226 who worked on my vehicle, and Desiree who safely brought my car back to me, so I may enjoy the rest of my family's vacation. It is a comforting feeling to not only feel safe in your vehicle, but to have that peace that it's going to take you back home when that time comes. Thank you, Tamiami Ford Service Dept for such an amazing experience that otherwise tends to be a stressful one. Your name truly means a Great Deal!, and you have lived up to that name as far as I'm concerned. I would have gladly given you 10+ STARS 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
