Great Customer service and communication. Although Rudy couldn’t complete the repair needed during this trip due to parts needing to be ordered, it was a great experience. Rudy was very friendly and helpful, explained the problem and fix. The Service Manager came in to let us know about the problem and need to order parts. Parts came in as expected, received a call and now going back in in timeframe that was estimated. Great team to work with!

The service department staff always make sure I am comfortable and do their best to get my car completed in a timely manner.

We were visiting from 7 hours away and two days before departure we discovered a mouse crawled into our hood and was nesting within our engine, using all of the yummy cords and wires to build his nest. It managed to chew a very important wire and cause our car to go into safety mode. We couldn’t drive more than 20mph and we sure couldn’t do that on a 500 mile road trip. We called MULTIPLE dealerships in the area asking to be seen asap. Huntley Ford had the earliest which was next week (4 days after we leave) it was the only option. We dropped the car off Thursday to be able to hitch a ride home with some friends, but Friday morning they called and said the car would be ready by 2pm.

I went in for just a battery change for my key fob and was escorted to parts by the manager. Everyone was so friendly and Everyone had a smile on their face. It was such a pleasant experience.

Went in for flat repair while on vacation from Texas. Tire was too damaged to repair so service tech Galen contacted warranty and got a new tire ordered and put on before heading home from our trip. Great place and Great service from service tech Galen! Also, got a free carwash both times we were there.
