Prompt service checkin. Explanation of the service needed. Short wait for a ride home. Reasonable time to complete the job. Notified me of vehicle ready and promptly sent someone to take me to get the car.
My tire pressure was low due to nail on side of tier, Toyota of Richardson spend time find same brand tire and changed it on in few hours for me without charge. I am very satisfied for their Service and super friendly fast delivery. I’m very pleased will go there for all my car needs. Helen
