Quick courteous and truthfully quite enjoyable to interact with the service writers and intake/outake crew
Overall actual maintenance service is good. I think the lounge needs work. Toyota established a "Pay-As-You-Go" system, but no sign if the coffee is free or not. People in the lounge keeps having 2nd thoughts if coffee is free or not.
Honest and straight forward dealership. Carl is efficient and great to work with. Strongly recommend working with them when buying your next car.
