Vincent Hall was helpful, courteous and professional. Patiently showed us how to use the car features.
It’s been decades since I bought a new car and the idea just didn’t appeal to me for several reasons. One being the tactics some may have used to keep customers waiting while pretending that they’re getting the best deal possible for the customer. I did not experience that with your team. I’m happy to say that I’d recommend Toyota of Glendale and especially Beto to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
Checked car and while the sound returned same day, I feel comfortable that nothing major is wrong
