My service rep "Chris" was great. Armanda awesome on the loaner car. The only reason i did not give five stars is after Chris had stamped my work order for the courteously wash, that failed to get accomplished. When I picked up the V you could easily see the road splash on rear quarter panels. That was a disappointment as expectations were high.
