The dealership is clean and the employees are professional and friendly! I worked with Bryce in service and would highly recommend him. He is knowledgable and an expert at what he does.
Car buying experiences usually are yuck!! What an incredible surprise. Sam Pack Chevrolet made it painless and easy. I even enjoyed my time there. What a great team of professionals. They scored 10 on all levels. I would absolutely recommend this location.
Jacob had the car cleaned and covered under the overhang because it was super stormy outside. He sent a video prior to our arrival of the car. It was so stormy that the highway was flooded and too dangerous so we had to head home instead. He was really understanding and asked if we could come back out shortly after because the storm had died down. We got there and within an hour we test drove, went over prior maintenance, negotiated a great price and paid for the car. Jacob was excellent!
Coming from Amarillo the drive was worth the deal! Joe Harrell was excellent every step of the way! Highly recommend him and Five Star Chevrolet! And Scotty was great with finishing up paperwork! Will definitely do business here again!
This buying experience was tops. Great from the initial phone call to Regina, follow by the sales advisor, Lloyd who was knowledgeable, pleasant thorough without any pressure, to meeting service advisor, Amanda, onto the Business guy, goo and all the time encouragement from Hoss. Lloyd made it happen! Wow, great experience in service, pleasantness, helpfulness and efficiency. this business has it together.
