The dealership was under construction, so it was very difficult to find the entrance, as it was my first time using the Rochester dealership. The waiting room was not as impressive as West Herr. However, the service was quick, I greatly appreciated the video of the undercarriage and those in the service department not being pushy when I declined the extra service cleaning suggestion.
Matt M. goes above and beyond pleasing customers and he listens to the request and their concerns! So anytime I go to get my car taken care of, I wanna make sure he's there because he attends to my needs and he does it in a timely fashion.
Set up apt on line. Walked in and they asked my name and knew that I had an apt. Everything was done within a hour.
