I used the mobile service and was very impressed. The professionalism and promptness was outstanding. It was easy to schedule and to pay afterwards online too. Angela looked up my Ford points and was very good to text me and follow up.
I recently purchased an F150 from Mac Haik Ford in Jackson and couldn't be more pleased with the people and the service from this dealership. I highly recommend visiting these guys the next time you're looking to purchase a vehicle. Their service department is also top notch.
I highly recommend Mac Haik and their willingness to help and make sure that I got the best deal on the Ford Maverick that I wanted. I felt that they were accommodating, made time for me, and were very personable. I would highly recommend.
The receptionist seemed very genuine in her welcome, really seemed to enjoy her job, as well as other staff members we came in contact with. Management must be doing something right.
Dealer was great but you got to check the vehicles closely, upon pick up ,inner back rear driver door panel was damage and both fender seem to have painted issues on the truck with 6 miles on it.
