I purchased a 2023 Hyundai Sant Fe from Beaman online (we are only located about 100 miles away). I was told that the vehicle had gone through a 152 point inspection and everything was found to be in working order. The vehicle still has the remaining bumper to bumper factory warranty and we were given a lifetime powertrain warranty. The vehicle was delivered to my home 3 days later. Within two days of delivery the entire air conditioning system in the car had failed. I called Maria to let her know of the situation and she said there was nothing that they could do to help us. She advised that we take the car to a local dealership and have diagnostics run and the issue fixed at our own expense. I had driven the car less than 50 miles. I am very disappointed in their customer service. Please be aware that once a vehicle leaves their lot, in my experience, they are very unlikely to help you if an issue arises even if it is within a very short time.

Most horrendous experience of my life! My vehicle has set in their shop for months. Multiple failed diagnosis on the vehicle. When Work was completed, they created more issues with the vehicle. I was treated completely unfairly by the staff, including John the service manager, they would rather continually build GM for warranty work rather than fixing the actual issue. They released a vehicle to me multiple times that was not fixed correctly and immediately broken down and put my life in danger and put my life in danger.i had to take The vehicle to another dealership because they were incapable of fixing the problem by their own admission. I’ve been offered no compensation. I have fought road block at every turn with GM For a buyback because the dealership essentially committed fraud by back dating repair orders and not opening new Repair orders each time the vehicle came in in order to continue to build GM for warranty work. The your ship refused to advocate on my behalf to GM for timely incorrect fixing Of the vehicle, and this has Resulted in my need to obtain legal representation. I would not recommend this dealership under any circumstances! This dealership lacked transparency, failed to communicate, timely and efficiently with me, and was overall a horrible experience working with them.

Update. BUYER BEWARE! I bought a 2022 ZR 2 Colorado from this dealer in January this year. We felt we got a fair price and the transaction went smoothly. We were told it was a GM certified used car giving us extensions to the Warranty and first three services free at any GM dealership. I serviced my truck at Champion Chevrolet in Kingsport last week. I ended up paying for it because they said that Beeman did not put my vehicle in the GM computer as certified. I called them three times last week, once I left a message in finance department, once I spoke to Sales, and they took my info and assured me someone would call back. The following day I called service they took my info and assured someone would call back. It has been a week now and I still have not received a call back. I do NOT recommend this dealer.
