all great except I couldn't get the electric system looked at as promised on the phone when I booked the appointment. Now I need to make an appointment again to have it checked. I was originally told I would have the car back in the afternoon.. Upon arrival they told me it would take 2 days.. The person who told me that was the scheduler not the service advisor... If they dont know any time frames beyond making appointments it would save a lot of aggravation for the customers.. The service people there were great though.. They explained the procedure so next time I will call these particular people only.. not a scheduler and that way it wont be a problem. Not a big deal.. either way...so far so good with the car and the service... Thank you Joan and Roy Cramond
