What Others Say

The. Dealer knows that service brings customers back to buy when it’s time . The world is a busy place and time and service is treated very well at Winter Chevrrolet

Very nice people. Thank you so much for your help. I will definitely recommend this place.

I took my car to get an oil change a week ago FEB 7th 2025. They charged me $129 for the oil change and they never checked the filter. I which was dirty and needed changing and the only reason I knew was because a week later I went to firestone to buy brand new tires and they did A courtesy check and I thought I was just at Chevy last week. Why didn’t they check my filters when they gave me that high xxx oil change!!!! Will never go back they suck and lazy!

First off I always come to Winter Chevrolet for my oil changes, The wait time was doable, my only complaint was the cost of the oil change, which I found was 30 to 40 dollars cheaper at 2 other Chevrolet dealerships in the area after the fact, that was disappointing that Winters was so much higher, I will probably shop around first for my next oil change to get the best deal.

Worst dealership I have ever encountered. I made a reservation for a vehicle and drove over 2 hours while having contact the entire time with the sales rep. I arrived and the car was in front ready to go for me. I was handed the keys and told to look it over before our test drive. Sales rep leaves while we get ready for a test drive and comes back to tell me "I'm sorry the car has been sold already!" This was all within the first 10 minutes of us being at the dealership. Sales manager didn't even have the face to come apologize or give an explanation. I gave them a full day to reach out and nothing, not a single apology or explanation from management. The sales rep even said "they" do this to people a lot and their systems were down so she didn't understand how this could have even happened. Horrible management and horrible customer service. If it wasn't for the kind sales woman I would have made this a much bigger deal for the 4 1/2 hour round trip of time wasted.

To be honest I am completely unsatisfied. I brought my truck in because the transmission was up shifting and down shifting very hard. It was like the tranny was slipping. This has been happening ever since the got the truck with 6 miles. I called and asked about the situation and was told the truck was getting to know my driving habits and would stop within a couple thousand miles. The truck now has around 22,000 miles and is still doing the same. This truck is brand new and this shouldn't be happening. All other trucks I have driven are strong and smooth. So I made an appointment to bring it in at 12. While it was in I had an oil change. I was told it would take a few hours. So around 5:30 I get a call and was told they want to keep the truck until the morning to check the tranny while it was cold. Shouldn't it have been cold it's been there all day? I didn't want to argue I just wanted the problem to be fixed. I waited for a call the next day for an update and didn't receive anything so I was assuming they found the problem and was fixing it. So the following day I call around noon and ask if my truck was finished the guy says ya it looks like there finishing up the paper work and would be done in about 15 and was told I would be called to pick it up. 3 hours go by and nothing. So I call again and they say yes it's finished. I come in and ask what was the problem And was told nothing was found so they just reset the computer for the tranny and to drive the truck very lightly so it can learn my driving. I get in my truck and the guy says oh and you have no gas. I dropped off the truck with a quarter tank and it says I had 75 miles left. My truck had barely enough gas to get to the gas station. Right when I pull out the your lot the tranny slipped and shifted hard. I drove the truck home and haven't drove it since worried that it will break down and leave me stranded. I have brought the truck in for the same problem and about 3 different times for a recall I am in total disbelief. All my life I have had Silverado's and never this problem. My gut was telling me to buy a dodge, I should have went with my gut. I am completely unsatisfied with this truck and service.
