I bought an $86000 2021 Toyota Landcruiser from Carousel Motors. I bought it remotely, The salesman sent a video of the truck and I agreed to buy it. .The car was delivered to me dirty, smelled terrible inside, needed a wheel alignment and had a scratched up center console. It seemed that they took this car on trade, found a sucker from 200 miles away to buy it and used that a an opportunity to not spend any money getting it ready for retail. I've bought many cars in the past. Most, if not all dealers, will recondition their vehicles before selling them.
Wasn't the car I wanted but it will work, very pleased with trev for making the process go fast and fir helping me out I've already told friends to talk to him very pleased
Michelle's person Susan was knowledgeable not pushy, the finance guy was very nice also, very nice experience.
They didt got back to me until emailed them and let them know how rude that is.
Worst service dep't. ever! After waiting 2 weeks for my appointment I was called the day before and told that they would not have anyone to work on my car. But, they can get me scheduled in another 3 weeks. REALLY?? 3 more weeks?? No explanation offered. I asked for the service mgr. Allen to return my call, but he would not. Evidently no one wants to take ownership. (Evidently I have been spoiled by the great service dep't. at Junge Volvo.) If you are considering purchasing a car from them, I would think twice if you think you might ever need service. They claim to be #1 on Hwy. 1. More like #2.
This is the worst service center yet. They need new mechanics they say my car has a cracked piston. The issue was the spark plugs I changed them and she run like a champ. Idk if the was trying to get over on me or what. The mechanic name was Gabe. Now when my car vin is scanned it says that the car has a cracked piston. I need yall to change that discrepancy, on my vin.
