Everyone at this dealership was highly professional and thoroughly knowledgeable about Porsche vehicles and the various purchase, financing and leasing options.
Ryan did an excellent job of checking my observation of the issues. He explained what the techs found and how they were proceeding to fix issues
Ryan was super advisor. Explained everything well and was very kind. The work was completed as planned and I got free rides to and from my house. A very nice experience.
My service rep Mike was fantastic. Was visiting from out of town and had an issue with my 911. Mike was able to get my car issue addressed and save my trip. Would visit them again in a heartbeat.
The best service department in Newport Beach. I have owned MB, Jaguar, Range Rover, and all great cars and service but the new Porsche facility and team are great!
