Ashley Botello is the real deal,she was so awesome, transparent and honest about literally everything and was so understanding heck she even babysat my annoying kids for few hrs lol while we were doing all the paperwork. Even after everything was done till date she still keep communication and if I need anything done she's always very responsive and prompt. She is awesome man.
Above and beyond experience provided once again. Eddy and Travis are absolutely amazing! This is my second car I have purchased from here and I will definitely be returning for a third time!
Very easy to schedule a next day service appointment, and repairs were made the same day. Kelly Sandefur kept me informed during the process.
I appreciated the effort that my service representative, Alex Ramirez, made to alleviate a rather bad day at Walter’s. What started out as a two hour new tire appointment ended up taking over four hours. Better communication between the service technician and service representative needs some improvement.
