Hillary was patient and clear, while explaining to me why my jeep needed the extra products when I came in for a basic oil change and tire rotation in preparation for a road trip. It was her explanation that made me recognize her knowledge of cars and want to approve the recommended products. She is an excellent representative and I admire her skill, humor and ease working in a car dealership environment which seems to be predominantly male. I take that to mean that both she and the dealership are working well together and that Tasca is an establishment I can trust not just for the mechanical work but in terms of how I am treated as a customer. Hillary knows her stuff! And the mechanics always do a great job. Everyone seems friendly who works there even if you just walk past someone else on staff in the waiting area. And it’s an incredibly clean and welcoming waiting area with complimentary hot beverages, non-partisan television playing and great magazines to read while waiting. I was a customer for decades at the previous owners and my family has had four jeeps at what has now become Tasca. I am happy to continue on with Tasca.

The service consultant was very knowledgeable and knew how to suggest and what to suggest which made me feel comfortable with adding to my "only Oil change service" mind set that I arrived with. Great service

I feel that the service is excellent. Everyone is friendly and polite. There is always someone to speak with if I have questions. Dealing with the service dept and everyone else involved makes it easier when having a problem with my car.
