Everyone was very friendly and professional I've been taking my car here for an oil change and this time the repair since I've owned it in 2020 everyone's always so nice
Friendly and respectful staff,.no pressure up sale on maintenance and repairs. The downside of the dealership is the waiting (lounge) Not enough charging areas for phones or laptops. Outdated plug in areas. Not very comfortable area for asking a customer to wait an hour plus. Might you entertain a better style and choices on snacks, some customers are there early, missing breakfast or mid day missing lunch or late afternoon possibly missing dinner. Some style of a deli would persuade me and I'm sure others to choose your dealership over others for my service and possible new sales, And that is what it is all about , Isn't it?I will be returning with my other vehicle, but it would be nice to have a nicer waiting area
The dealership itself was fine. Not enough phone or workstation ports available. For having to remain on premises, i had to remain on premises for 90 minutes, better choice of items to snack on would be appreciated. Some people may need to skip breakfast or lunch for a maintenance appointment. How about fresh salad bowls and cut deli sandwiches from fries or safe way for late morning to afternoons. In the morning's some sort of breakfast sandwiches. It is the goal to want people to return or want to go out of their way to begin shopping at your dealership, is it not? I hope this assists on improving the waiting area.
