My experience with Elliott Bay was very good. I originally showed up without an appointment, and Ryan was able to help me pretty quickly and gave me a good test drive experience, and gave me all the info I needed to make my decision. There weren't any crazy games or nonsense. Additionally, the staff were all receptive to my kid wandering around looking at the other cars, and playing with Ryan's dog. I never felt pressured or overwhelmed, and I would definitely purchase a vehicle from them again.
