It would have been better if from the beginning I knew I could get a ride back home and then back to the service department. I waited 3 hours before this option was offered to me but it was ultimately offered. Johnny the service rep was very good at explaining everything to me.

This was a very positive and friendly environment, all were helpful, professional, and not pushy at all.

I was able to schedule our first appointment with mini for an oil change for the next day which was a Saturday! I was greeted by Mohamed He was very nice and thoughtful. He explained what would happen and then showed us where we could wait for while the service was completed. There was complimentary water and coffee and a comfortable area to wait. He would pop every once in a while and let us know status of our car. The service was completed as promised and the car was even washed! Thank you for a great experience. We definitely will be back.

Greg was the person who helped us with the new car. He patiently explained the features of the mini countryman. This is the 2nd time he helped us with the car purchase. He went above and beyond. So far great experience with this dealership. Hope they ( the staffs) will continue to provide friendly, sincere, honest customer service. Thanks Greg Stone!

although the customer service people werent interested or helpful, i spoke to Blake who was very helpful and patient, helping me get the services done. He checked in to make sure we were on the same page. I would recommend Stevens Creek to others.
