As for the purchase of a used vehicle, we had no issues, hence three stars. As for follow-on service I wouldn't rate one star. We bought a vehicle in great shape at a good price. Our salesperson was polite and helpful and tried to help us with an issue that we discovered after the purchase. The day after we bought the car, it rained and later that day we noted heavy condensation inside the headlamp assembly that was not there the day before. I specifically checked for hazing in the lens. Our salesperson directed our concern to the Acquisitions Director and ultimately was told that the car passed inspection so they would not correct the issue. It had to be dry for the inspection because if it had been wet weather, they would have seen that the assembly's integrity was compromised. We were told that if a car does not pass state inspection, they can't sell the vehicle but Virginia law states that condensation inside a headlamp assembly is cause for failure because it creates a hazard. The issue was noted the day after the sale, yet it will not be corrected. I will not be a repeat customer, nor will I recommend this dealership or any Darcars establishment. Customer service goes a long way but apparently not beyond their parking lot.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Samar was professional, knowledgeable, and truly listened to what my family needed. Amir runs a tight, honest operation and made sure everything was fair and smooth. Paul in finance was clear, efficient, and made the paperwork painless. Highly recommend this team—no pressure, no games, just great service.

Be careful when getting service done at this dealership. They show a clear lack of care and professionalism. I dropped my car off at 10 AM and never received a call to let me know it was finished. If I hadn’t shown up before closing, I wouldn’t have gotten my car back at all. The least they could do is notify customers when service is taking longer than expected so we can plan accordingly. This is the worst Honda dealership I have ever been to.

Hello, my name is Rush Z. I am very pleased with this dealership, Darcars Honda of Fairfax. Throughout my life, I have purchased 20 cars and leased 10, dealing with numerous sales representatives and finance agents. However, this is the first time I have experienced such an exceptional welcome from every member I interacted with. My sales representative, Samar Youssif, was outstanding. Her professionalism, friendly demeanor, and patience were remarkable. She truly exceeded my expectations! On the first day, I spent two hours with her, and I felt confident that I would be buying a car from her and her colleague. They worked diligently to accommodate my exact budget, and I left with the car I wanted. Both my wife and I want to extend a big thank you to the best sales representative, Samar Youssif. I also want to acknowledge Paul, my financial agent, and Amir, the manager, for their support and assistance.

Horrible sales service. Tried to purchase a CR-V hybrid and was met with lack of enthusiasm, lack of transparency on price, bad deals, and bad attitude. Keep getting questioned and evidence on why I arrive at certain date. Not to mention when I explained I can't come in unless it's for pick up, I kept getting asked to come in to meet in person for a better price. Like if you have a better price then say the price, stop beating around the bush. Like I never experience such a horrible sales services before. I much rather pay extra at another dealer than having to do business here.

I have purchased CRV here, the experience is very bad. Staffs were careless to handle the customers. After sales, no one bother to respond on phone for issues with in the month. Overall Horrible dealarship. Just the Temp tag is expired, They are not even bother to reissue or expediate the original tag. Also They have misplaced my signed docs and made to come over again for resigning which shows their responsibility.
