Very efficient service department. Tim Shaffer is awesome service representative. I and my husband have had nothing but great service for several years for all of our Porsche needs. They let us know how long service will be and make sure we have a loaner or uber for the day and make sure we are taking care of. Really like the video as they work is being done.
Our sales person Andy is outstanding. He is very helpful and understanding of our needs. This is our third Porsche, and dealing with Plano Porsche mades a joy.
Bought my 2016 Porsche Macan on May 17th 2025 it went back to the shop May 19th for Transmission problems. Finally got it back on June 30th due to warranty. Want a huge thank you to Patrick for a great professional and communicator thru the whole process.
