What Others Say

My partner and I just purchased a used Rivian with Matt Cuomo from New Country Porsche, and we had the best experience! Matt took excellent care of us and made us feel supported and confident the whole way. The dealership itself is lovely—gorgeously appointed and full of friendly faces. We can’t say enough about this place!

We just bought a Cayenne GTS from Daniel Marji at Porsche of Greenwich. We were just walk-in and were treated just like any other customer, and ended up buying a Cayenne. Very very professional - even when there was some misunderstanding on a detail on the car he offered to give us back the deposit. Spent a lot of time educating us about the car and its features. I have bought Porsches from another dealer for 20 years, but now Daniel will be my first call going forward.

Matt Cuomo and Greenwich Porsche were the best automobile-buying experience we have ever had ...... and there have been many in our over-eighty years. R & R

The best first experience at our local Greenwich Porsche Dealership. Matthew Cuomo helped me find the perfect car .. helped get me the best trade for my existing car.. and better rate at closing for our financing. The transaction was seamless and everything with the DMV and insurance was taken care of within a couple of days. Matthew also sat there soooo patiently explaining all the functions of the car and made me feel so comfortable about calling back or coming in if I didn't follow all the technology 100 percent. I would highly recommend Matthew Cuomo to anyone interested in purchasing a Porsche from the Greenwich Dealership. Also, My Frey thank you for doing all the finance paperwork!

I've been wanting a Macan and Porsche Greenwich made it easy! One week from when I test drove my dream car, to collecting it the following Friday, detailed and ready to go! I had a great experience and am loving my new car!

A Disastrous Experience—Far Below Porsche Standards This was, without a doubt, the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I came in expecting a smooth and simple transaction—it should have been a straightforward, walk-in-and-walk-out deal. Instead, it turned into a drawn-out, unprofessional, and frustrating ordeal. I initially dealt with a young, inexperienced salesperson named Brianna. Wanting to give her a chance, I didn’t expect the process to be complicated. However, she lacked professionalism and consistently relied on the males around her to handle tasks. For instance, when we were set to test drive the car, she couldn’t even locate the keys and brought out an entire ziplock bag of keys instead. There was a scratch on the car, which she assured me would be buffed out by their bodywork team. After a day or so, she called and said the car had been detailed and was ready for pick-up. When we arrived, the scratch was still there, and she acted as if nothing was wrong. Inspecting the car further, we found the backseat cup holders filthy with dried, spilled coffee. Brianna said she would “clean it up right now” and suggested we move ahead with the sale, adding that we could bring the car back later for detailing and repairs. I told her, firmly, that we were not in a hurry to buy this car, nor did we have to buy this car. I would wait until it was truly ready. After all this hassle for what should have been an easy sale, we requested a more experienced salesperson, only to be told by the sales manager, “People usually really like her.” I couldn’t imagine why, but at that point, I didn’t care—I just wanted someone competent. Eventually, a more experienced salesperson stepped in, and while he was professional and helpful, he wasn’t even credited for the sale—he was just helping to close the deal. Unfortunately, even with his efforts, the rest of the process remained a disaster. To make matters worse: -The business manager was supposed to email us the purchase documents. Three weeks later, we still hadn’t received them. After following up, I discovered he had sent our sensitive purchase documents—including all of our personal information—to the wrong email address. I was horrified that my private information had been carelessly sent to a stranger! Then he lied, claiming it was due to a mistyped email address (.cm instead of .com). Let’s be real—he would have immediately received a bounce-back email. -Shortly after giving them my cell phone number and email, I started receiving unsolicited texts about financing and bank loans. This made me feel like my personal information was shared inappropriately. -It took several follow-ups and a whole month to get my credit card deposit refunded. Two weeks after purchasing the car, I noticed a gash on the rear seat door handle. I emailed the sales manager about it, and to this day, I have received no response. From sales to management, every department failed to meet even the most basic expectations, let alone the standards you’d expect from a luxury brand like Porsche. I can confidently say I will definitely not be testing out their service department after this experience. If I could go back, I would have walked away from the car and chosen a different dealership—or simply gone back to Audi.
