I have been getting great maintenance and service my Advisor Jay has always been professional and knowledgeable.

I was easily able to book a service appointment online and when I arrived I was immediately met by and helped. My car was ready close to when the estimated time. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and polite and helpful. I did have a question about my bill and I got a good explanation. I've always had good service here and will be returning the next time my car needs some work.

This dealership is the worst. I am not sure how it has a rating above 2 on any rating website! Do not get scammed by this dealership like they tried to do with me! What you think is a deal turns out to be a hoax in person! Herlica Garcia told me one price for a 2017 Highlander Hybrid Ltd and to ask for Danny Ortiz. When I get there, the salesmen acted like they did not know what I was talking about. So I showed them the email that I received from Herlica Garcia, quoting West Coast Toyota's PRICE to me for the vehicle. Their response was OOOOOHHHHHHH, well you can't get that.... They lied to me just so I would go to their location and they could try to sell me something I do not want. What jerks!!!! You have lots of options in Southern California when purchasing a car, if you are smart you will avoid these schmucks."

Rafa was very friendly and helpful. The only glich was that the job went over the window of 8am to noon.
