I worked with Mary today and she was awesome! I loved how she went over all the recommended maintenance on my car without being pushy and even told me the things I can wait on and the things I should prioritize, can’t wait to be back!

I took my car in for a oil change and a general check up, Bindi was very helpful letting me know all the services that where recommended. He advised me which to do first the most important ones and gave me really good estimates. Going back next week for the rest. 10/10

When I purchased the car, the price included some unclear additional services that I hadn't been informed about beforehand. After contacting the service department, the manager reviewed the invoice, honestly explained all the items, and removed the disputed charges. Ultimately, the problem was resolved fairly, and I was satisfied with the level of customer service.

I bought a car, but couldn't pick it up myself because I was in another city. The manager at Old Orchard Nissan arranged for the car to be safely delivered to my specified address within the agreed timeframe.

I came in for my first service visit for my rogue and was greeted by Daniel and he was so kind and kept updating me throughout the whole visit!
