Bought a Certified Pre Owned from this dealer from out of state. The car pretty much sold itself, I did all the research to confirm it was right car for me. I drove same year and model locally to confirm choice. Only thing the dealer had to do was process paperwork. Their contact with me was always after I reached out to them. Terrible follow up, no proactivity and never confirmed that I understood the process and each step. For a $75k car, really bad service, likely because I was out of state, so no chance for Service revenue or future sales.

First of all, to avoid confusion, this is the same dealership as the Land Rover store (my husband owns a Land Rover that he bought in Maryland). It's a joint Jaguar Land Rover dealership, and both brands are now owned by an Indian company called Tata, which makes its own cars and trucks in India. I enjoyed a pleasant shopping experience here when I recently bought my new XF. It's a new car, and the sales staff were obviously excited by the car, showing me all the interior features. The test drive was very enjoyable, and the reason I decided to purchase there and then. Here are the good things about this Jag dealer: easy to find and park, nice people working there, and a large clean facility. The only bad thing would be that the financing took a while as there was a bit of confusion with my husband.

I received excellent service from beginning to end at West Chester Land Rover. The facility is large and clean, and the cars are kept clean and parked neatly on the lot. The facility maintains a classy atmosphere, and the employees are professional and helpful. Staff members displayed good knowledge of the product and inventory. I was happy with the vehicle, the odometer read 9 miles, and did not appear to have been sitting outside for any great length of time. The restrooms at the dealership were clean, which I believe to be a good indication of honest management practices. The delivery process was simple and efficient. I have spoken with the dealership several times on the phone and I am equally impressed with the fact they answer the phone in a timely manner. For these reasons I recommend Jaguar and Land Rover of West Chester to any person purchasing a dignified automobile.
