Servicing went well; communication I'd rate a 3. I got texts after I showed up in person to check on status, after a 3-1/2 hour wait. I finally succeeded in having Derek show me how the iQ charger works.
Good customer service He is very detailed about my car mantinance and upgrade service in needs
Listen to my concerns and provided a solution in a timely manner. Initial appointment was not set up properly based on the outsourced personnel that didn't work at the dealership. Chyrisse Chamberlain was able to solve the issue in getting the right parts for my car and setting up the appointment and providing a reasonable price for the parts I needed.

Don was fantastic. He went above and beyond in taking care of everything I could possibly need. He explained all my options and the costs. He stayed late to help me get the paperwork done. And has been wonderful helping me get acquainted with my new car
