It was a pleasant experience and from the time we arrived, the test drive, the paperwork and help with getting to know the car, we were there less than 3 hours and drove away in our new Rav. My experience was incredibly easy, most was done via a text and phone calls. Came into sign, everything was electronic and professional. Our salesman was helpful and worked very hard
