This is my second purchase of a Toyota vehicle from McDonald Toyota Greeley. In both cases, the sales person, Nekoda Jacobs, was excellent, very patient and helpful. I don't recall speaking with a specific sales manager, but I do recall the finance manager with both purchases, Chadd Reiss. He was very friendly, expiditiously worked through the purchase details, and answered my questions. I am happy to have purchased my Toyotas from this dealership and would likely return if I'm interested in another.

Waiting to hear back from Abigail about our service contract reimbursement. We paid for service in Baxter MN. for an Oil Chanhe that should have been covered by our maintenance contract.

Got me in on the same day and was able to diagnose the problem in less than an hour. Very friendly and gave me a loaner car for free while mine was being repaired.
