Johann was great. I appreciated how he was willing to handle almost everything via text/email. (Most other sales people always try and get you to come in.) Everything was negotiated and finalized remotely. I was at the dealership for less then 30 minutes before driving away in my new car.

I usually hate the whole car-buying experience, but Johann made it pleasant. He gave us a nice test drive, we told him exactly what he wanted, and he searched to find it for us in a few days.
