AGE DISCRIMINATION FOR OLDER CARS. 2002 Cadillac Seville xxx After accepting my vehicle for service and keeping it all day without looking at it, the Service Manager tells me to go pound sand. He said "there's plenty of other cadillac dealers in the area you can take your car to." After this poor experience I would certainly never go to this dealership to purchase a new car.

If I could afford to buy a car every day for the rest of my life I would one hundred times over to Jack as my salesman. Completely completely seamless process and I am ecstatic with my purchase worth every single penny and time spent talking to Pepe Cadillac.

From the beginning, Efren Panjon my sales contact was extremely responsive and helpful in answering all of my questions about the vehicle and the purchase process. He even sent me detailed videos of the car to give me a better idea of its condition and features. Once we had agreed on the purchase price, the Pepe Cadillac team quickly arranged for the vehicle to be shipped to my home in another state. They handled all of the logistics, including finding a reliable and affordable shipping company and coordinating the pickup and delivery of the car. When the car arrived at my doorstep, I was thrilled to find that it was exactly as described, and in pristine condition. I was ready to purchase my leased vehicle and contacted Pepe Cadillac and spoke to Frank for what was originally just to inquire about possibly purchasing an extended warranty if we decided to purchase our truck. After a lengthy conversation with him, he put me in contact with Mike Lombardo who ultimately ended up helping us with our lease buyout. Mike and Frank went above and beyond to help me complete the transaction in a timely manner. We had an issue with me picking up the truck after it was dropped off to be certified due to a work obligation and after a few phone calls and messages back and forth, Mike offered to bring the car to me with all of the required finance and sale paperwork so that I could sign everything and get my truck back as quick as possible. Frank called me and we went over every aspect of the sale and possible warranty options and then went over all of the finance information before Mike arrived with the truck. Both of these excellent gentleman made this experience very pleasant. I felt they were very upfront with me and answered all of my questions. They did not try to sell me anything I did not want and were not pushy to get me to complete the purchase until I was prepared. I will definitely use Pepe Cadillac in the future as well as other Pepe dealerships because of the experience I had with both Frank and Mike.

The service department technicians SUCK!!!! The service manager and shop foreman are very dismissive. Had a wheel alignment done there and had to bring it back 3x for noise- took it somewhere else they said Pepe messed up my car. Foreman said Cadillacs aren’t what they use to be and squeak- xxx? My suspension and transmission was affected by their poor quality of work. The Pepe brand experience has gone to trash at Pepe Cadillac. Sue the CFObis nice, the receptionist is a doll the parts guy is professional and understands customer service, the service advisor (3rd from the door when dropping of vehicle is Awesome) but the Shop foreman Joe and Shop manager Ron are disrespectful, negligent, dismissive, harmful xxxxxx!!!

Bought car in August what a great experience. Have some stuff that needs to be taken care of through warranty and dealt with Frank Raniolo and with in minutes they had a member of service team call me to make an appointment. I am super happy with the customer service of Pepe Cadillac. Frank Thank You
