My service advisor Rachel was great. I didn't have to wait a really long time for my vehicle to be serviced.
fast service. got my car in quickly needed my car for a trip. got it in and fixed the next day
Outstanding service department, everything was handled professionally and timely! They went above and beyond for me!
They checked the problem and said there was nothing wrong But I can smell antifreeze and I know it's going somewhere. I hope the problem will be able to be found before I have no warranty. My antifreeze level was also lower than it should be. So it went somewhere!
Zeak and the staff had made every attempt to correct the issues with the steering column that should have been repaired before it was sold to me at Hartville. They picked the vehicle up at my home and delivered it back within a week during the Christmas holiday. The same staff provided me with a programmed key fob that was also promised to me from Hartville, but never delivered until I reached out to Zeak.
