2 weeks ago I wrote a review about my experience with Earnhardt Dodge which wash just how I felt at that time bought a used Ram 3500 dually before I got home low coolant light came top off the coolant and next day check engine light is on long story short my first review was not nice but miss communication or what Bj called be the Monday after I write a really nasty review and pickup the ball and made everything right deleted with the motor issues and fixed the problem and went over and above to compensate for everything !!! Great place to do business after all

I arrived about 15 minutes before my appointment time and check in was a little slow. But once Doug Miller got the paperwork, we were off and running. I expected about an hour and a half service time and was pleasantly surprised to be on my way in less than an hour. Doug kept me updated and made sure all my questions were answered.
Sean was very friendly, honest and professional. It was a pleasure working with him throughout the car purchasing process.
The service rep Brianna is great to work with, friendly and shows she enjoys her job. My vehicle goes to this dealer for oil changes and routine maintenance, any warranty repairs it goes to Chapman
I purchased very nice 2025 Willys from Mike Barnes- my sales guy. He did a great job of walking me through the process and answering all my questions. Mike often checked to see if I had any questions about my purchase and asked how else they could earn my business. He was personable, likable and I felt comfortable conducting business with Mike. My experience overall with Earnhardt was very warm. @Earnhardt! Please bring on more like Mike! Great Customer Service!
