What Others Say

I own a 1992 Saab 900T convertible. Bought it new for my wife's birthday. She has since past and I'm driving it. Recently one of the radiator fans quite. It took my 5 days of searching before I thought about Andrews of Princeton but I'm so glad I did. They were able to supply me a nice used one virtually over night. I'm staying in Georgia w/my daughter and son-in-law and the only thing I don't like about it here is the oppressive heat. I needed that fan to run my AC.

I bought my Saab 9.3 convertible from Andrews of Princeton in 2008. After 7 1/2 years and 151,000 miles, I can heartily recommend them for any service work. They are more than competent and trustworthy as well as friendly. I heartily recommend them.

Andrew's has been servicing my Saab 9-3 Aero for the last 2 years now, and they are the only mechanics in the Twin Cities area that we trust to work on our Saab. They have solved issues with my car that the dealership could not, so we have been extremely pleased with the quality of their service and would highly recommend them to others. In fact, my nephew heard me talk about them and decided to give them a try as well for his Volvo, and he is thrilled with their quality of service as well. They are very trustworthy and customer service focused. Give them a try.

Bought a used van and drove a very long distance to get there. They completely misrepresented the van as having FUNCTIONING all wheel drive, I got stuck in my own driveway when I got home! Had to have it towed to my mechanic only to discover one bad axle and 3 DIFFERENT SIZED TIRES! Who does that on a regular vehicle, let alone an AWD!? Don't let their smiling faces fool you. I expected to put some additional work into the vehicle since it was used, but come on.... When I called to let them know the issue, they acted like they had no idea the issues existed... How can you replace brakes on the front and not notice a broken axle and non-working all wheel drive? 3 Different size tires, really??? At a dealership that specializes in Subarus and Saabs, the rules of AWD tires should not be a foreign concept....BUYERS BEWARE! SCAM!

I heard about Andrews from friends for years, and about the ethics and friendliness of dealing with them. I was surprised because it's not close. We bought a used Saab about a year ago, and I know the reason my friends were sold. The people are stellar, and I can trust them. The local Saab service company has left me with severe doubts about the quality, cost, and caring about the service. I will go back to them again and again, and recommend them to anyone needing a car or service.
