I was at the dealership for extra information about my new Subaru Forester, we met met with Erin Smith she was very knowledgeable about the car, she was very patient ,and explained some features that I did not know about.she was great teacher.
Erin is patient and through. She took her time explaining all the features of my new Subaru, answered questions I didn't even know I had. I appreciate the time she took with me. And she followed up after I left to be sure I didn't have any more questions.
I was in Glanzmann for an oil change, and it was a great experience. They had me in and out in under an hour without an appointment. They have a great waiting area where I was able to grab a coffee and work. My Service Advisor was Kylie Finck and she was excellent from when I pulled in until I left. She explained in detail everything in the process, was very attentive, reviewed my entire vehicle inspection, and was also extremely helpful with questions I had about my service. It was a great trip.
Erin was extremely knowledgeable and well prepared for all my concerns and questions. She thoroughly explained all functions that confused me and pointed out useful things I was unaware of. She’s courteous and professional with a side of humor!! An absolute pleasure to interact with today and another phenomenal member of the Glanzman Team!🙏🏼👍🏻
Erin was so pleasant and helpful, and she was able to answer all my questions plus she gave me information I hadn't thought to ask about.
There is another dealership closer to my home, but I shopped at Glanzmann once and found my dealer for life. My family has bought or leased 3 vehicles here and are never going to another dealership. They are friendly, respectful, and no pressure. Every other dealership I have ever been to tries to do funny math with my wife, who went to MIT, but they never do that at Glanzmann.
