I had an appointment and was 30 minutes early. Nick was ready for me with the keys to the Explorer I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable and sales manager was very willing to negotiate to get me to the payment I was comfortable with. They were all very kind and signing all the paper was great! I would highly recommend Luther Ford and Nick to any of my family and friends!

Intial servuce to the vehicle was questionable . Only fixed one of the problems with the powertrain instead of looking at the whole issue. Had to take it back multiple times for the same code within a 4 day period. When they let the mechanic finally look at it and determine the problem , Luther ford fixed it and made it right. The vehicle was still under warranty. Luther ford did come to my place of residence and pick up along with drop it back off to me upon the parts coming in and them fixing the problem.
