Service was good and efficient. However, I was surprised that my car wasn’t washed afterward. This was my first time servicing my car at Darrow, so perhaps that’s the standard here, but in my experience with other dealerships, a complimentary car wash has always been included
There was nothing wrong that would explain why my windows wouldn't function. If not for the honesty I could have been charged fraudulently. This dealership has integrity. Thank you!
