Yesterday I purchased my 16th Volvo, 13 from Volvo Cars Lisle. 6 of those I purchased with the expert help from Lolita Cook. She has always taken the time to explain the features and the options available for different models to me and my wife. Between me, my wife, my daughter, and my granddaughter, we have a 2010 V70r, 12’ XC60r, 17’ V60CC, and a 23’ XC60 Polestar. I’ve been at the Lisle dealer since 1999, that in itself says a lot for family of dedicated employee family there.

My family and I always know we're in good hands when visiting Volvo of Lisle. Ms. Lolita Cook is a dream to work with. She's honest, knowledgeable, and makes me feel that I'm in the right Volvo for my needs. We've also worked with Mr. Bob Makowka several times. His confidence in Volvo and his friendly demeanor really make the experience exceptional. I never feel pressured or like I'm "being sold". Mr. John Korallus in the service department has been keeping our Volvos riding smoothly for years. He knows each of us by name, and always has a smile on his face. His hard work shows in the longevity of our Volvos. My family are all riding around happily in Volvos that Lolita and Bob took the time to test with us, and John takes care of, and we'll continue coming back for their impeccable customer service for years to come.

Our previous experiences with car dealers has usually involved pushy and often insincere sales people. We were very pleased not to have the same experience with Lisle Volvo. Ashley, our salesperson, was both knowledgeable and forthright and bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. The others at the dealership were much the same. We would not hesitate to recommend Lisle Volvo.

Firas was extremely helpful and efficient to purchase our first Volvo. We weren't able to get to the dealership until right before close on a Friday night and Firas and Howar stuck around to make sure everything was completed smoothly.
