Service department didn't support early failure of my Prius V brakes, a well-known flow and safety issue. The store and Toyota Corporate didn't cover. As a long-time Toyota owner my trust is fading with Toyota.

I can’t say enough great things about the excellent service I received here at Toyota Sunnyvale from James and Kelvin. They went above and beyond to make sure I received the exact car I wanted and everything was taken care of efficiently. I was able to drive off with my new Corolla before traffic hour all while bringing my puppy as well while signing the paperwork. I wouldn’t do business anywhere else!

The employees here are awesome! James helped me get a part for my car and the girl in finance (don't remember her name) were super helpful to me! They were quick and efficient with good attitudes. I truly appreciate it and when the time comes for a car decision for me, I will definitely check them out because of how they treated me!
