Poor communication with service writer resulting in service work not requested being done and added to my invoice. My vehicle has 6000 miles( 2018 911) on the odometer and the service writer took it upon himself to order an 80000 mile service stating that it was due to its age disregarding my requested items to be serviced but accomplished in addition to many items i had not requested. I paid the bill, contacted the management and they resolved the situation by refunding the charges i had not requested. I felt that the service writer did. Not communicate his intentions initially and i was very surprised when i paid the invoice online so i could pickup my vehicle and then contacted management with my issue and they did resolve the overcharge. It is my concern that the initial communication was inadequate to describe the service writers plan to approve additional service not requested being done.
Seamless process from an out of state buyer. Quick response times and follow-ups was a pleasure.
The experience was easy, without the added pressure to make a purchase...if the opportunity to buy another car will definitely be visiting them again.
