Joseph (from New York) was my Service Manager today. He was pleasant, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and kept me informed every step of the way with the service. I will always ask for Joseph from now on for any and all my service for our VW.

The staff is very professional and helpful especially Tyler Z. My car was serviced promptly and they even helped me contact warranty to take care of issues. I was given a snazzy new loaner for a few days which was a plus. They also washed my car!! Always a pleasure to go to Steve Whites VW. Highly recommended.

Other than the dealership being almost 50 miles from my home (not their fault) my wife and I have always been exceptionally happy with Steve White VW. This is the 2nd recall that we had taken care of. They handled it quickly and efficiently and even gave me a new loaner Jetta to drive overnight. Happy customers here!
