My family and I are on vacation and my son loves Lamborghini’s so I took my two kids to Lamborghini and walked around and looked at a lot of nice cars. We then ran into Micah who was great. He took the time to show my son part of the build process and let him pick out colors and wheels which was a cool process. Micah answered a bunch of questions my son had and was very professional even though we weren’t buying anything. When in the market I would definitely check with Micah.

I have never left a bad review for any auto dealership until. Worst experience in 30 years. Flew from Charlotte to Orlando over Memorial Day weekend with check in hand from Pentagon FCU, and their corporate office refuses the check. We got Pentagon FCU on the phone and they say no dealership does this. Field Auto Group says it is what it is. What we bet happened is they got a better offer and decided to stick us with a bunch of travel expenses. Can't trust these people. Just unspeakably horrible people. They seemed to enjoy this based on the flippant conversation. Now we are having to book a flight back instead of driving back. Update: GM tried to save the day by discounting price to account for the problems and delivering the car to me out of state - but his accounting staff intervened and would not complete the transaction regardless. Their reasoning was even though I can't take ownership or possession of the car today (since the credit union check would have to take a week to clear and then after that they would deliver) my insurer would have to cover the car regardless, which my insurer would not do since I am not receiving ownership or possession until the car is delivered.

THIS IS GOING TO BE LONG, BUT YOU NEED TO READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM FIELDS AUTO. I PURCHASED A 2019 LAMBORGHINI AVENTADOR SVJ FROM FIELDS LAMBO ON 11/29/21. FIRST LET ME SAY THAT I OWN MY OWN DEALERSHIP AND THIS PURCHASE WAS FOR ME PERSONALLY. SO WITH THAT SAID, I WAS A SUPER EASY BUYER. FIELDS EMPLOYEES THAT WERE A PART OF THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. ANDREW (MGR) RUSS (SALEMAN) SAM (F&I). 1) DURING NEGOTIATIONS THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO PURCHASE PRODUCTS. YES, THEY LITERALLY TOLD ME I HAD TO PURCHASE THEIR TIRE AND WHEEL WARRANTY ALONG WITH THEIR CERAMIC COATING. THESE 2 PRODUCTS TOTALED $6,000! LIKE I SAID, I AM IN THE BUSINESS AND NEVER EVER HAVE I BEEN TOLD THAT A CUSTOMER HAS TO PURCHASE EXTRA PRODUCTS IN FINANCE! I WAS TOLD HIS FINANCE MGR SAM NEEDED TO BUY CHRISTMAS PRESENTS FOR HER KIDS! WHAT?! A FINANCE MGR AT A HIGHLINE DEALERSHIP LIKE THIS MAKES $250K A YEAR EASY! UNREAL. FINALLY AFTER 2 MORE DAYS OF BACK AND FORTH, THEY AGREED TO REMOVE IT. 2) PRICE AGREED ON 11/24/21 AND WIRED THEM A $5K DEPOSIT. TOLD THEM I WOULD WIRE THE REMAINING BALANCE THAT MONDAY AFTER THANKSGIVING 11/29/21. I ENDED UP WIRING THE FULL AMOUNT. THEY NOW HAVE MY EXTRA $5K THAT WAS GIVEN AS A DEPOSIT. I FINALLY JUST GOT MY $5K RETURNED ALMOST 30 DAYS AFTER PAYING FOR THE CAR IN FULL! 3) SENT PICS OF DRIVERS LICENSE AND ALSO VERBALLY GAVE THEM MY ADDRESS. RECEIVED THE FIRST SET OF PAPERWORK AND THE ADDRESS WASN'T ANYWHERE CLOSE TO BEING ACURATE. AGAIN, THEY HAD MY LICENSE AND I SPELLED EVERYTHING OUT FOR THEM. NOT HARD STUFF AT THIS POINT! 4) I HAVE MY TRANSPORTER BRING THE CAR TO ME IN HIS ENCLOSED TRAILER. THE CAR ARRIVES ABSOLUTLEY FILTHY! FIELDS JUST SOLD A 2019 LAMBO THAT HAD BEEN SITTING IN THEIR SHOWROOM AND NEVER ONCE DETAILED IT! I HAD TO SPEND OVER 5HRS CLEANING MY DREAM CAR AFTER IT ARRIVED! ALSO UNDISCLOSED DAMAGES THAT I ASKED ABOUT BEFORE PURCHASING. BE HONEST! 5) THE CAR ALSO ARRIVED WITH A "SERVICE DUE" LIGHT ON AS WELL AS "LOW KEY BATTERY" LIGHT ON AND WITH AN OPEN RECALL! IT IS ILLEGAL FOR A FRANCHISE DEALER TO SELL A CAR WITH AN OPEN RECALL. THE CAR WAS DUE FOR SERVICE THAT COST $2,000! HOW DO YOU SELL ANYTHING, LET ALONG SOMETHING THIS EXPENSIVE WITH OPEN RECALLS AND WITHOUT EVER SERVICING IT?! I HAVE PURCHASED AND SOLD SO MANY CARS IN MY LIFE AND I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE ANYWHERE CLOSE TO THIS! I COULD NOT AND HAVE NOT EVER TREATED A CLIENT SO POORLY. SUCH A SHAME THAT THE BIGGEST CAR PURCHASE OF MY LIFE WAS COMPLETELY RUINED BY INCOMPETENT CLUELESS MANAGERS. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can not say enough nice things about the Dealership, General Manager, and Salesman, Ashley Frater. Knowledgeable, responsive. Extremely Helpful. I purchase a pre-owned Bentley Mulsanne. Could not be more pleased with the Experience. Highly Recommend!!

What a pleasurable experience I had with Ashley over the past 10 days. Ive been in the market for 6 mos looking for a used Bentley and have dealt with dealers from New York to Costa Mesa to Florida and Ashley was, BY FAR, the best I’ve dealt with. He has an incredible luxury car background and and equally as incredible knowledge base. Great guy to deal with. No pressure, no BS, just honest, straightforward conversation. Has probably forgotten more about Bentleys than most people know. Great guy, great dealership

Just bought and had delivered a 2017 Panamera from Bill Etzold. Found the car online and cold called on it. From the start Bill was very interested in answering my questions and not just trying to sell a car. Since I was not able to see the car I relied on him to walk around and inspect the car. He said it was a recent trade from a good long term client and it was near perfect. He was very quick with all my other requests too. I decided to move ahead with the purchase the car based on all his feed back. They sent me all the paperwork and made the out of town purchase very smooth. Today the car was delivered and WOW!! It was even better than he described. He followed up via phone about a half hour after delivery to make sure I was satisfied. I would give my experience with Bill and the dealership 100% satisfaction. Thanks Bill and look forward to my next purchase.
