What Others Say
Great service. Very convenient for me and my Ioniq 5. Easy to schedule an appointment for service. Dillon was helpful and knowledgeable.
ONE MONTH UPDATE:
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this business. The manager initially contacted me and assured me that he would replace my missing items, including my stolen sunglasses. I promptly sent him the requested information, but to my dismay, I have not received any further communication from him. Despite multiple emails, he has not replied after our initial phone call. Every time I attempt to reach out, he offers excuses and promises another two weeks. Now, I find myself unable to contact him at all. This level of disregard and lack of accountability has left me even more frustrated and disheartened with this establishment.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
My encounter with Steele Loop Hyundai car dealership was nothing short of a nightmare. I entrusted my car to them overnight for the sole purpose of having the air conditioning and GPS system checked out. To my utter dismay, when I went to pick up my car the next day, it was apparent that it had been broken into. Personal items, including my sunglasses and other belongings, were stolen, and my once-pristine vehicle had been brutally trashed.
Feeling shocked and violated, I sought answers from Armando, the employee who had been responsible for working on my car. However, instead of showing concern or remorse, he callously laughed off the situation. He brazenly informed me that car break-ins were a common occurrence at their dealership and that smashed windows were par for the course. His nonchalant attitude and indifference towards my predicament only fueled my anger and frustration.
The lack of professionalism and empathy displayed by Armando during our interaction was deeply distressing. Instead of taking responsibility for their negligence or offering any form of compensation, he further rubbed salt into the wound by claiming that I had waived my rights when I handed over my car for service.
While I understand that mistakes can happen, the way this dealership handled the aftermath of the break-in was nothing short of deplorable. A reputable business should prioritize the safety and security of their customers' vehicles and personal belongings, not make light of the situation or shrug it off as commonplace.
As a result of this appalling experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Steele Loop Hyundai car dealership to anyone. Their lack of professionalism, disregard for customer property, and failure to take responsibility for their actions have left me with a sense of betrayal and frustration. I urge potential customers to be cautious and consider other reputable dealerships that prioritize customer safety and satisfaction.
We gave the car hoping they will fix the issues but it seems that they are in the same category as other dealerships. "SIMPLY INTERESTED IN MONEY".
They will charge labor fees of $ 400.00 and not knowing what's the issue which is very bad. No wonder why all these dealership locations' reviews are really bad.
They will make a bill of $ 1000 and then try to avoid your calls.
Poor Dealership.
Purchased a 2023 palisade here with unpleasant experience encountered with saleman and finance manager. They forced me to purchased their PERMAPLATE protection, window tint, and other stuff which they didn’t even explained what it covering and no paperworks handed to me. I purchased an expensive car but I was treated so cheaply and they don’t even bother to show you how to operate the vehicle. Stay away from this place, the general manager Jesse Valdez was contacted but didn’t even response back. I still haven’t get a phone call or email from the sale guy about the money paperworks for the protection I was forced to purchase.
I dropped my car off at my scheduled appointment time, 8am for a oil change and tire rotation. My advisor Joseph, told me it'll be ready in 2 hours. I used the rideshare program to go home. I called the dealership at 11:47am, well over two hours, to check on the status of my car. My car was still NOT ready. They told me it'll be ready in another hour. One hour passed and still no call. I called back again at 1:10pm, they told me the car was ready, at this point i wondered were they going to call me to let me know my car was ready. I waited for the Lyft to return to the dealership. All services come with a complimentary car wash and vacuum. When i arrived at the dealership i asked Joseph if my car was vacuumed. He said yes it should be. I get my car and saw that a mediocre job of vacuuming was done. To begin they only vacuum half of the car. The back was not vacuum at all and the front was barely vacuumed. Customer service is horrible. I did not get any updates about my car throughout the day, unless i was calling.
My review is for the sterling mccall on the southwest freeway. I went in with my pre approval letter from capitol one. Test drove the vehicle I wanted to purchase and filled out the credit application. Five hours later they come back saying I needed 5,000 down payment that was a lie capitol one had already told me how much I was financed for. I knew they was shady when my sales person Aaron left for the day and had me with another money hungry sales person. They don’t even have the respect to call nobody back. If they was the last car lot on earth they would not get my money . And the manager Tim Harles needs to be fired cause he was in on it too. By the way I purchased a vehicle from finnegan the very next day and I’m so glad I didn’t give them my business.
