Jose found exactly what I was looking for. During my wait, both Tim and Jose checked on me periodically. The finance manager, Colin, was great! I greatly appreciated his honesty. Throughout the process he engaged in conversation and we shared many laughs, which made the time pass quickly! Special Note: Jose found a feather and bracelet I left on my dash.
