I am so appreciative of Jim, Yassin, and David. They are miracle workers. Jim did an amazing staying in touch and making sure everything was accounted for. Yassin was able to work a deal for exactly what I was asking for. David stayed late (on his wife’s birthday might I add) to finish up paperwork. I cannot thank them enough for bending over backwards to help me get my 2023 QX55. I will definitely be back just because of them.

Our situation was unique in that we lived 500 miles away from the dealership. Lee sent us a video of the car, inside and out. He took close up pictures of all the spots I requested. He was very kind!
