So...we decided to go car shopping, on a Friday. Why, I have no idea! All the lots were teaming with people and I was thankful that my hubs and I did our homework, knew what we wanted to see, knew where to go and what our bottom line was. We arrived at Selma Hyundai and A.P. welcomed us, asking if we were already speaking with someone - we weren't- and if we needed assistance. He provided a ton of great information on the Genesis line we were interested in. We were waffling between a 2019 and a 2021 and he helped us with pros and cons for each, listening to what we really were looking for, went with us while we drove each and allowed me to really dig into analyzing the feel and overall "sit" of each model, going through features and detailed information on comparisons to other vehicles in that class. Super helpful! He made it an amazing experience and not only helped us get into the car we really loved, but walked with us every step of the way. The entire Hyundai crew made our experience one I will never forget, from the sale to the finance end, communication was flowing for literally three full days. I highly recommend you go visit them if you're looking for a new ride and you want to be treated like family!

Jorge, Amad, and Mr Mesa were all very nice to work with. No high pressure sales, just friendly, answered all my questions, except one I forgot to ask. I was very pleased with the service. Walk out with a used/new to me, beautiful car.

We recently bought a car and worked with Israel. He is, without a doubt, the best salesperson we have ever worked with! And I mean that literally. We did our research, found out that he had a multitude of positive reviews over the past 4 years, and requested to work with him specifically. We found out the reason for all of the positive reviews! He has excellent interpersonal skills and went out of his way to be helpful to us. After we talked with him for a short while, we felt like we had already known him for a long time. He is trustworthy and got us a good deal, no games. We also worked with Antonio in finance who was very good. They were both kind and honest, not something you necessarily expect at a car dealership. We will be repeat customers for sure. Our experience in the service department was also excellent. Max was personable, professional, and friendly. He gave us valuable information about how to best care for the new car that we had just bought. We will definitely be bringing our car back for service.

Horrible service. Drove 4 hours to meet with sales agent Nubia that promised to have the vehicle I was looking for. Talked to her all week about price and model. We arrive to her not even showing up, with a scheduled appointment. The new agent didn’t have all the information due to lack of communication. Nor did she have our preapproved paperwork that we did. Then, they sell me a car. The car I wanted that was promised to be delivered the next day. All the paperwork was signed with the VIN # to finally find out they couldn’t get me my palisades and kept putting me off for two more days. Finally after a promised delivery for a Monday date from our Friday visit to receive another call on Sunday to state the date for a Wednesday date and they were still looking. They kept promising and couldn’t produce. Instead of being honest they were horrible liars. Don’t waste your time! Spent 9 hours driving and 3 hours at the dealer for nothing.

Selma Hyundai was great. They had a really easy and non confrontational approach. I will most definitely refer my friends and family to Selma Hyundai.

Fantastic service best experience ever! I will definitely come back if ever need to get another car. Even though I came out with 2 that day. Thanks to Israel that understood my car needs. And thanks to all other employees that helped. They were all very polite.
