Ordered a Mustang Mach-E through this dealership. Took a very long time to get the vehicle of course. I was nervous what might happen once the car arrived and I went into the dealership to buy. Lots of Ford dealers, because of insane demand for EVs, are trying to tack on all kinds of ADM and extra costs, etc. But not these guys. Whole experience took less than 2 hours, no baloney whatsoever. Everything was as promised and expected. Gave me the rate lock from back on my order date, all the numbers were good, no added costs, no pressure on extended warranties or anything else. Trade-in offer was very reasonable and we were able to talk them even a little higher with no fuss. Joe was very nice, easy to work with. Smooth as one could possibly ask for. Definitely would recommend this dealer for anyone looking to purchase a Ford.

Steve Roth is an excellent salesperson. Knowledgable, patient, friendly, helpful. Made my purchase easy and a very pleasant experience for this guy in his 70's. Helpful personalized assistance with all the computerized functions - this is one of his strong points and very important with new vehicles. Strongly recommend him and this dealership. Hats off to the other sales personnel who are likewise very friendly and helpful. Price was a bit higher but given the pandemic, supply demand, and chip issue there are some things you have to accept. Thanks.
