I was looking for an upgrade from my old 2010 GLK350 to a 2025 GLE350. As particular as I was with options, color, etc., I was struggling to find the one I was happy with until I came across a vehicle at the Westmont dealership. David Legner called me to walk through the process for out-of-state purchasing, so I decided to fly out from California to look at the car and move forward with the purchase. David was an entertaining and professional - he ensured that I knew the key features of the car, and he also was proactive in organizing the shipping as well as MBUX registration. Kim was also patient in guiding me through the documents and explained everything thoroughly. I also appreciated that neither David nor Kim tried to force me to add warranties - I’ve personally had bad experiences with those in the past, and as an out-of-state buyer, I could not trust their assurances on coverages (nothing personal to them). The car was delivered five days after I flew back from Chicago, and it’s beautiful. I appreciate your hard work in making the purchasing and transporting process smooth!

I brought a 2020 Mercedes Benz GLE 450 in November 2024 and recently started to experience an issue with the cooling engine and my car overheating back in February. My car was in and out of the shop for three months for this issue. After the second time we talk to Chris the general manager, he was very apologetic and understanding of the issue and did everything he could to help us have a better experience. Fast forward they were not able to figure out what was going on with my car but helped me get out of that car and I was able to get a 2025 Mercedes GLC 300 that I absolutely love. My car buying experience was awesome and I’m so thankful I was able to get a car I love driving everyday. I also received a very nice gift in the mail. Chris the salesman was great and helped me with this car purchase.

my experience was great this time Shannon was great only problem was they didn't let me see the part they replaced and as i was driving home my message center said my engine oil needed checking and they was suppose to have checked everything. I've had a bad experience before at this dealership and really didn't want to use them but they were the only dealership that could fix my problem without waiting three weeks.
