Ordered a Maverick and got it at MSRP, no hassles. It took almost 500 days to get my truck (Ford's fault, not theirs) and they kept me informed all the way through the process. When my truck did arrive they informed me as it rolled off the carrier and had it ready to pick up the next day. They honored my original order price and no hassles when I brought my own financing. There was no ADM/Market adjustment, and no mandatory dealer add-ons. Cory Osage (salesman) and Don Johnson (sales manager were great throughout the whole experience. Would definitely recommend if you want to order a Ford.

For my first time ever buying a car on my own I was very satisfied with my experience. I had been shopping around online for weeks and found the exact car I wanted at Wichita Falls Ford Lincoln. I put in a request for more information and within the hour had a response from the sales associate. He was very informative and I was an amateur and had no idea what I was doing. He was very thorough, got all of my information via email, text, and photos and was able to set up my financing, value my trade in, and have all my papers ready. Within 3 days I was at the dealership signing the papers and driving home my new(used) car. It was such a comfortable stress free experience and I recommend these guys for sure! 3 weeks later and I am definitely still loving my decision.

My experience purchasing a used car at Wichita Falls Ford was amazing. From the time I pulled onto the lot to the time I left was awesome. I was well taken care of and had all my questions answered. The salesman Martin was fabulous, from listening to my wants and needs then even going to the detail shop to retrieve a vehicle that had just arrived. He knew what inventory they had even if it was not sitting on the lot at that moment. The car he went out of his way to show me was perfect. In the business office, Ashton was amazing too! She answered all my questions and made sure I understood exactly what the warranties and gap covered while making sure I knew exactly what that meant for my monthly payment. They both stayed late to finish deal for me making sure I was able to drive my new car home that night. Both worked super hard to make my buying experience seamless and efficient. I highly recommend Wichita Falls Ford used lot! Martin and Ashton are true assets!!
