Compared to other car dealerships, my interactions with staff at AutoMax Preowned Marlborough were rather pleasant. Clayverson (Clay) was courteous, not pushy, and simply presented options, the office (Sam Pereira) had sent OTD pricing ahead of time, there were no surprises when I showed up for a test-drive and the handling of paperwork and finances (by Maria in the Business Office) were straightforward. In contrast to many other dealerships they did not push extras onto the bottom line, did not push for financing, just presented options and were matter of factly about them. A few days after the test drive I picked up a detailed and fully charged car. They even get the missing charge connector, as promised. The only thing they did not have at the dealership is a level 2 or DC charger, but there are options nearby in town. Most of the cars they sell are ICE vehicles, so the infrastructure for the rare electric isn't there - they trickle charge. Overall, a very good experience.
